Thomas has led engagements to adapt to changing regulatory environment, support M&A transactions, strengthen operating models, and leverage technology to enhance finance, investment and distribution ranging from reinsurance to brokerage.

Yoann has been a Senior Manager at Alpha since 2021. He has deep experience in the insurance and investment management industry, working with insurers, bank insurers and asset managers, on a variety of projects of target operating model and strategy definition, IT transformation, and regulation implementation. Yoann has also led major SAP transformation programs.
