Stuart is Global Head of Insurance Consulting at Alpha.
Stuart joined Alpha in 2007, and has worked across a wide range of client-facing and leadership roles – including overseeing a number of large-scale, complex client change initiatives, and developing some of Alpha’s most significant client relationships.
Stuart was previously Head of Asset & Wealth Management UK – a role he held for seven years, during which time he oversaw the four-fold growth of this business. Stuart was also part of the core team which led Alpha’s two private equity transactions, and the listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2017.
Prior to joining Alpha, Stuart held roles at Accenture and JP Morgan Investment Bank. He has 20 years’ experience in financial services consulting.
Dan is an Senior Partner in Insurance Consulting specialising in pensions and retail investments.
Before joining Alpha, Dan was a Director in EY’s UK Insurance and Investments sector team. He has particular expertise regarding the UK intermediated distribution market and product innovation.
Dan has extensive experience of senior operations management within the UK life industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful business change.
Dan has also led numerous distribution change and strategy initiatives, across intermediated, direct to consumer and corporate sales functions.
Stanislas is a Senior Partner and leads the European Insurance team at Alpha. He joined following a career spanning consulting and auditing across general and specialty insurance. Stanislas drives transformation programs in finance, investment and IT strategy.
Stanislas works across all stages of business transformation, from strategy, through implementation.
Prior to joining Alpha, Stanislas worked at Deloitte and EY.
Britt is a Senior Partner at Alpha and is the Global Head of Insurance. He has over 25 years of industry experience as a consultant and with insurers and brokers across the property & casualty, life & annuity and health sectors.
Britt brings deep expertise in the insurance front office including distribution, marketing and underwriting. His project work is focused at the intersection of operations, strategy, technology and data.
Prior to joining Alpha, Britt was a Partner in Deloitte’s Insurance practice and held various sales, marketing and underwriting roles with Cigna and Marsh McLennan.
Britt holds a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Chicago, and a Bachelors degree from Vanderbilt University.
Haley Christian is a manager in Alpha’s Insurance division based in New York. They are a Notre Dame graduate with degrees in accounting and sustainability and have 5 years of experience working in insurance consulting. They have expertise in supporting carriers in large distribution management transformations, spanning producer onboarding, compliance, ongoing maintenance, and compensation. Haley enjoys working with carriers from strategy through execution: bringing their future state to life with support from technology and operating model.
Daniel is a Consultant in Alpha’s Insurance Division and joined Alpha as an Analyst in London in 2022, after graduating from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Land Economy (a combination of Law and Economics). During his time in the London office, he took on both project management and business analysis roles, coordinating work on a large remediation project and documenting business requirements for a new investment platform. In 2024, Daniel had the opportunity to transfer to Alpha’s North America team, where he has since led the project management office of a major insurer launching a new product and designed an innovative AI platform for a specialist broker.
