Stuart is Global Head of Insurance Consulting at Alpha.
Stuart joined Alpha in 2007, and has worked across a wide range of client-facing and leadership roles – including overseeing a number of large-scale, complex client change initiatives, and developing some of Alpha’s most significant client relationships.
Stuart was previously Head of Asset & Wealth Management UK – a role he held for seven years, during which time he oversaw the four-fold growth of this business. Stuart was also part of the core team which led Alpha’s two private equity transactions, and the listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2017.
Prior to joining Alpha, Stuart held roles at Accenture and JP Morgan Investment Bank. He has 20 years’ experience in financial services consulting.
Dan is an Executive Director in Insurance Consulting specialising in pensions and retail investments.
Before joining Alpha, Dan was a Director in EY’s UK Insurance and Investments sector team. He has particular expertise regarding the UK intermediated distribution market and product innovation.
Dan has extensive experience of senior operations management within the UK life industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful business change.
Dan has also led numerous distribution change and strategy initiatives, across intermediated, direct to consumer and corporate sales functions.
Stanislas is an Executive Director and leads the European Insurance team at Alpha. He joined following a career spanning consulting and auditing across general and specialty insurance. Stanislas drives transformation programs in finance, investment and IT strategy.
Stanislas works across all stages of business transformation, from strategy, through implementation.
Prior to joining Alpha, Stanislas worked at Deloitte and EY.
Britt is an Executive Director at Alpha and is the US Head of Insurance. He has over 25 years of industry experience as a consultant and with insurers and brokers across the property & casualty, life & annuity and health sectors.
Britt brings deep expertise in the insurance front office including distribution, marketing and underwriting. His project work is focused at the intersection of operations, strategy, technology and data.
Prior to joining Alpha, Britt was a Partner in Deloitte’s Insurance practice and held various sales, marketing and underwriting roles with Cigna and Marsh McLennan.
Britt holds a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Chicago, and a Bachelors degree from Vanderbilt University.
Duncan is an Associate Director within Alpha’s Insurance Consultancy specialising in life, pensions and retail investments. Duncan has over 15 years of experience in financial services, spanning retail and investment banking, wealth, asset management and insurance. He joined Alpha in 2020. Duncan specialises in business and technology transformation and currently leads Alpha’s Investment’s Platforms proposition. Since being at Alpha he has been involved in a number of major IT transformations, product launches, M&A and technology/operations strategy definition. Prior to joining Alpha Duncan worked at EY in their EMEIA Financial Services Practice.
Gillian is an Associate Director within Insurance Consultancy specialising in life, pensions and retail investments. She has a range of experience with focus on business design and change across the sector and delivering transformation programmes for investment platforms in particular.
Since being at Alpha, Gillian has led engagements covering operating model design, process re-engineering and platform transformation.
Prior to joining Alpha, Gillian was the EMEA Head of Wealth Technology at HSBC supporting the Wealth business alongside delivering large strategic transformation.
Keval is an Executive Director and insurance technology leader. Keval brings significant expertise within insurance technology and serves clients in insurance, asset management and healthcare.
Prior to Alpha, Keval worked at Accenture, where he was a managing director, insurance cloud and data practice lead, and was previously partner and practice lead in Deloitte’s financial services insurance cloud practice.
Helena is an Associate Director in Alpha’s Insurance team and has a strong background in financial transformation, accounting and investment. Helena has led a variety of projects in the insurance sector, such as target operating models, financial strategy definition and accounting implementations for insurers, reinsurers and bank insurers.
Tony is an Executive Director in Alphas General Insurance & Specialty practice. He has over 30 years industry experience working with insurers and brokers to deliver transformational change. He brings deep expertise across underwriting, claims and operations and has led numerous strategy and distribution projects, target operating model design and implementations and technology enabled operational transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining Alpha he was a Partner in EY’s General Insurance practice and before that worked for RSA.
He is CII qualified and is a Visiting Lecturer At Bayes Business School for Insurance & Risk Management
Huw is a Director in Alpha’s General Insurance and Specialty Insurance practice with over 15 years of industry and consulting experience. He works across the sector, having advised global reinsurers, specialty carriers, brokers, retail insurers and banks across a number of consulting engagements including M&A, business and technology transformation, future operating model design, and proposition strategy.
He has an industry background, having started his career with Groupama (latterly Ageas) before moving to consulting with Accenture and EY.
A Chartered Insurance Practitioner, Huw retains a keen interest in the claims domain and is a reviewing editor for the CII’s Advanced Claims texts.
Hattie is a Senior Manager in Alpha’s Insurance Consulting team who works with our clients on strategic and change initiatives, supporting them to shape their market participation and take-to-market strategies and the corresponding propositions and operating models to achieve their vision. Her approach centres on defining strategies that are customer-centric and authentic to the firm and its specific ambitions, strengths and capability set.
Hattie also leads on our Sustainability & ESG capability for insurance in the UK, working with clients in a collaborative manner to understand the market landscape and define future proofed and responsible strategies, that align the ever-evolving topic of ESG to the wider business context and culture.
Bradley is a Director and leads Alpha’s Retail Distribution & Advice consulting practice. He has a range of experience and expertise in financial advice, platforms and wealth management working with firms to manage the delivery of complex change and identify strategic opportunities in the market.
Previous delivery experience includes strategy, proposition development, target operating model design and implementation, and process improvement. Bradley is at the forefront of change in the retail market helping firms to design and implement innovative propositions including the development of digitally enabled guidance and advice models.
Catherine is an Associate Director within the Retail Distribution & Advice consulting practice. Catherine has over 17 years of consulting and industry experience, specialising in market participation strategy, product and proposition strategy and execution and mergers & acquisitions activities. In Industry Catherine has led business transformation teams and worked for Standard Life Aberdeen in a variety of proposition and corporate development roles. In consulting, Catherine has led market and product strategy, launch and review engagements, and advised a number of clients on organic and inorganic opportunities to grow and expand their business.
Catherine also has experience building and advising on investment propositions for the different accumulation and decumulation needs of clients.
David is a Director in Insurance Consulting specialising in general and specialty insurance. His career has been spent largely within global consulting and advisory organisations.
David’s client delivery has seen him shape and deliver projects of strategic importance across the UK, Europe, and North America. Focused on taking strategy through to execution, David helps his clients by injecting structure and creating space to move forward.
Operating at the intersect of business and technology, David’s track record centres on helping insurers and brokers with strategy execution, operational improvement, operating model design, digital strategies, and M&A integration.
Prior to joining Alpha, David has worked for Accenture, KPMG, and Capgemini.
Miles is a Director in Insurance Consulting with over 20 years of experience in general and specialty insurance.
Miles’ career spans consulting, advisory, and global roles within industry in the UK, European, US, and Bermuda insurance markets.
Miles has a proven track record of defining and delivering business transformation. His focus is target operating model design and implementation, strategy definition and delivery, and cost optimisation.
Molly is an Associate Director at Alpha FMC with over 8 years’ experience in consulting and financial services. Molly’s focus is on business led technology change, with experience across all key phases of programme delivery lifecycle from discovery through to stabilisation. Prior to joining Alpha, Molly was part of EY’s Insurance Technology practice and previously spent time working at Accenture on large scale delivery programmes.
Andy is an Associate Director at Alpha FMC and has over 30 years experience in life, pensions and retail investments. He has held senior positions in industry, most recently as Chief Information Officer and Transformation Director. He has led engagements covering strategy development, core technology change and legacy migrations, target operating model design and implementation, and design/ delivery of major transformational BPO programmes.
Keith is an Executive Director with over 20 years of insurance experience.
Keith has successfully led engagements covering strategy development, core technology change, target operating model design and implementation, process improvement and re-engineering, business process management, and distribution.
Prior to joining Alpha, Keith led EY’s Life & Pensions Technology practice, focusing on strategy and delivery of technology enabled business change programmes within Financial Services.
Emily is a Senior Manager within Insurance Consulting, specialising in supporting wealth, pensions and retail investments firms with strategy and business design initiatives. Emily has supported numerous firms to shape their strategic vision and market participation strategies as well as their corresponding propositions and operating models to achieve their vision.
Rob leads our deal advisory work and has supported clients on over 90 transactions. He often works on transactions which will result in a significant change to the ongoing business, either as a result of an integration and delivery of synergies or as part of a divestiture and carve out.
Rob’s clients span asset & wealth management, insurance and FinTech. He works with a broad base of international clients who invest across multiple sectors both domestically in the UK and internationally.
Prior to joining Alpha, Rob was part of the PwC Transaction Services team (6 years in London and 2 years in Hong Kong) and acted as the synergy reporting accountant (QFBS) on four Class 1 transactions.
Henry is an experienced recruiter with over 11 years in the industry with a mixture of inhouse and recruitment consultancy knowledge. Previously, he has worked recruiting into the Asset & Wealth Management industries as well recruiting for strategic consultant positions at Mastercard Data & Services. He is passionate about driving innovate and novel recruitment strategies to attract top talent to organisations as well as being actively involved in championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. His main role is hiring senior Management Consultants across Alpha UK’s AWM & INS boutiques, but Henry also works to deliver our early careers campaigns.
Outside of the office he enjoys gardening, furniture building and getting stuck into anything DIY related.
Bernie joined Alpha in 2022 moving in-house from an recruitment agency role. She supports both AWM and INS recruitment for the UK. Bernie is passionate about creating a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience by supporting the recruitment team in administrative tasks such as coordinating hiring activities, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases.
Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, going to the cinema and exploring nature!
