Britt is a Senior Partner at Alpha and is the Global Head of Insurance. He has over 25 years of industry experience as a consultant and with insurers and brokers across the property & casualty, life & annuity and health sectors.
Britt brings deep expertise in the insurance front office including distribution, marketing and underwriting. His project work is focused at the intersection of operations, strategy, technology and data.
Prior to joining Alpha, Britt was a Partner in Deloitte’s Insurance practice and held various sales, marketing and underwriting roles with Cigna and Marsh McLennan.
Britt holds a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Chicago, and a Bachelors degree from Vanderbilt University.
Stanislas is a Senior Partner and leads the European Insurance team at Alpha. He joined following a career spanning consulting and auditing across general and specialty insurance. Stanislas drives transformation programs in finance, investment and IT strategy.
Stanislas works across all stages of business transformation, from strategy, through implementation.
Prior to joining Alpha, Stanislas worked at Deloitte and EY.
Keval is a Senior Partner and Global Head of Insurance Technology. Keval brings significant expertise within insurance technology and serves clients in insurance, asset management and healthcare.
Prior to Alpha, Keval worked at Accenture, where he was a managing director, insurance cloud and data practice lead, and was previously partner and practice lead in Deloitte’s financial services insurance cloud practice.
Huw is a Partner in Alpha’s General Insurance and Specialty Insurance practice with over 15 years of industry and consulting experience. He works across the sector, having advised global reinsurers, specialty carriers, brokers, retail insurers and banks across a number of consulting engagements including M&A, business and technology transformation, future operating model design, and proposition strategy.
He has an industry background, having started his career with Groupama (latterly Ageas) before moving to consulting with Accenture and EY.
A Chartered Insurance Practitioner, Huw retains a keen interest in the claims domain and is a reviewing editor for the CII’s Advanced Claims texts.
Andy is an Director at Alpha FMC and has over 30 years experience in life, pensions and retail investments. He has held senior positions in industry, most recently as Chief Information Officer and Transformation Director. He has led engagements covering strategy development, core technology change and legacy migrations, target operating model design and implementation, and design/ delivery of major transformational BPO programmes.
Helena is a Partner in Alpha’s Insurance team and has a strong background in financial transformation, accounting and investment. Helena has led a variety of projects in the insurance sector, such as target operating models, financial strategy definition and accounting implementations for insurers, reinsurers and bank insurers.
Laura is a Senior Manager within Alpha’s insurance consulting practice, with a focus on General Insurance and Specialty. Laura has developed expertise in operating model design, change management and integration and separation support. Laura benefits from over six years’ insurance industry experience, where she undertook a variety of roles across a range of functions, including Operations, Change, Claims, Underwriting and Marketing.
Chris is a Director at Alpha FMC Technology with over 15 years of experience within the Insurance, Retail Investments and Pensions industry. Chris has been responsible for all aspects of IT delivery and support covering scoping, design, development, QA and ongoing run services. Chris also has significant experience managing large near-shore/off-shore teams (100+ FTE), leading multi-year transformation programmes delivering strategic projects for clients.
Henry is an experienced recruiter with over 11 years in the industry with a mixture of in-house and recruitment consultancy knowledge. Previously, he has worked recruiting into the Asset & Wealth Management industries as well recruiting for strategic consultant positions at Mastercard Data & Services. He is passionate about driving innovate and novel recruitment strategies to attract top talent to organisations as well as being actively involved in championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. His main role is hiring senior Management Consultants across Alpha UK’s AWM & INS boutiques, but Henry also works to deliver our early careers campaigns.
Outside of the office he enjoys gardening, furniture building and getting stuck into anything DIY related.
Bernie joined Alpha in 2022 moving in-house from an recruitment agency role. She supports both AWM and INS recruitment for the UK. Bernie is passionate about creating a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience by supporting the recruitment team in administrative tasks such as coordinating hiring activities, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases.
Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, going to the cinema and exploring nature!
