Major Programmes QA – Restructure, Transformation, and Cost Reduction

Alpha was engaged to support the global COO’s office conduct an independent review of their major programmes which included their global restructure and $300m multi-year cost reduction strategy and execution. Key activity included:

• Engaging global C-suite and regional business unit leaders through a series of focus groups and interviews to identify and assess tactical and strategic risks and issues to be addressed
• Analysing programme artefacts on current progress and future plans, defining recommended next steps to improve certainty in programme execution
• Leveraging Alpha frameworks and methodologies, presenting a tailored suite of executable recommendations to enhance the programmes’ benefits realisation
