Alpha was engaged to support a multinational broker define and execute a Communications and Change Management (CCM) strategy for a global back-office transformation program involving employees across multiple functions.
Working alongside senior stakeholders and business unit leaders, Alpha used a sentiment analysis to develop several tailored CCM strategies, detailed execution frameworks, and calendar and resource plans to address the nuanced needs of varied audiences.
Additionally, Alpha was engaged to develop and deliver the post-integration roadmap for a centralized global back-office change function. Delivering priority initiatives aimed to develop the culture of the team and encourage knowledge sharing across capabilities and geographies. Alpha analysed the suite of change, program and project governance artefacts and recommended improvements to ensure they are aligned to best practice, standardised and user friendly.
