Strategic Transformation

Alpha was engaged to support a complex UK pensions and retail investment business to undertake a significant transformation programme. This included management of the mobilisation, scoping and structuring of the transformation programme.

Alongside this, Alpha delivered the transfer of existing operations and technology to the chosen outsource provider, and the development and migration of existing business onto a platform technology.

Alpha led the transfer programme from inception to cutover date across key business areas, covering operations, people, risk and compliance, legal and premises and IT and data.

Alpha also led the documentation of key boundary processes for IT and data, as well as providing its best practice views on interim SLAs to be used by the client and the outsource provider.

Alpha managed the tracking of readiness criteria for the client and interfaced to the outsource provider to also ensure their criteria were met, including collation of evidence and handover of in-flight projects.
