Implementation of Launch Advice Technology

Alpha was engaged by a PE backed advice consolidator looking to deliver hybrid advice by underpinning technology and investment solutions to their client-focused financial planning proposition.

Alpha was instrumental in the implementation of the pre-defined launch technology of CURO, MoneyInfo Dynamic Planner, iPipeline, MortgageBrain, Seccl for the client across two differing technology stacks.

Alpha project managed the delivery, including owning the relationships with the technology vendors and partners. The scope of delivery included 5 migrations onto the CURO technology, and Alpha defined the launch advice business requirements for the delivery of the processes in the technology.

Alpha delivered the project ahead of time, on budget, and successfully migrated all data into the technology with no major defects.
