Alpha was engaged to provide programme management for the organisational readiness element of a programme to move the client’s technical estate into the cloud.
This involved the development of a Cloud Centre of Excellence, onboarding their outsourced Manage Service Partner, integration with wider corporate group and management of the regulatory notifications required prior to launch.
Alpha was also involved in supporting the resourcing of the future target operating model.
