Strategic Platform Provider: Implementation Support

Alpha was engaged to work alongside the client to identify the need to become a platform operator and complete a rigorous selection process to identify a strategic platform provider, with the aim of addressing current challenges and enabling the client’s strategic ambitions.

Alpha defined the key adviser and platform operator requirements of almost 1,000 requirements across multiple domains, complemented by over 20 workshops with the client. Alpha then facilitates the vendor selection process and definition of the implementation strategy.

Subsequently, Alpha supported the client with implementation support and expert advise.
