Our investment trust client wished to optimise the performance of their wealth management business before going to market.
Alpha was engaged to conduct an objective independent review to identify any concerns a bidder may have, which involved reviewing and challenging the proposition, technology and operations. We reviewed the client’s operating model across people, process, technology and data (including a market scan against competitors), and made recommendations on key updates required.
Alpha produced a current state operating model with findings, a key scalability consideration report, and a prioritised implementation plan regarding the opportunities for improvement.
This supported our client optimise its wealth management business ahead of its successful sale for £255m.
