Alpha was engaged to conduct an assessment of our client’s integration process, including identification of opportunities to drive post-acquisition benefit, development of an effective approach, and execution plan for integration. Key activity included:
- Production of a codified methodology on when and how to integrate acquisitions, and defined integration and margin expansion opportunities to ensure alignment on roles and responsibilities of stakeholders involved throughout the integration lifecycle
- Assessment of Hubs’ maturity to establish how advanced each Hub is with developing and implementing cost and synergy levers
- Framework to assess an acquired entity’s readiness for integration activity, key risk areas, and understand potential integration complexity
- Leveraged in-house frameworks and combined these with key project findings to present a tailored suite of executable recommendations for the C-Suite and shared with the external investors, on enhancing the companies’ approach to integration
