Implementation of IFRS 17 Regulatory Compliance Programme

Alpha was engaged by a global insurer to establish the 3-year project roadmap for the implementation of IFRS 17 compliance across the organisation.

This involved the construction of the RACI and the organisation and running the operational and steering committees for the programme. Alpha also worked to aligned and coordinate between the business requirements and the development teams.

Alpha supported in monitoring the key programme deliverables, tracking the delivery risks and identifying the interdependencies between sites.
