Implementation of a Shared Investment Platform

Alpha were engaged by a global insurer to work with key internal stakeholders and drive the implementation of a shared investment platform.

Alpha’s work involved defining the key principles for the platform and designing the target operational model with specific focus on account process, governance and system impacts.

As part of this engagement Alpha also identified the gaps between the current and target state and delivered the transformation plan to the CFO support, alongside supporting implementation.
