Alpha was engaged to support with the review of the client’s digital advice journey, specifically of the role of ‘Capacity for Loss’ as an assessment criteria and suitability of advice. Key activity included:
- Review of all relevant documentation provided and the live digital advice journey
- Facilitation of fact-find meetings with key stakeholders and a series of review workshops with the key impacted functions
- Design of recommendations that were in the context of the current digital advice, suitability of advice requirements and overall CX (customer experience)
