Operating Model Independent Review

Alpha was engaged to conduct an objective review to identify any areas of the client’s business which would impact their ability to achieve their growth ambition. The review spanned proposition, technology and operations. Key activities included:

• Review of the client’s operating model across people, process, technology and data, resulting in a set of recommendation on key updates and changes required
• Running 14 workshops, engaging 20 stakeholders and reviewing over 100 pieces of documentation
• Production of a current state operating model with findings, a key scalability consideration report, opportunities for improvement (including a market scan against competitors) and a prioritised implementation plan regarding the opportunities of improvement
