Inflight Programme Review

Alpha was engaged to conduct an extensive programme review of a major transformation programme that was currently inflight. Key activities included:

• Alpha assessed and reviewed all key workstreams with focus on plans, governance, requirement capture, solution design and build, testing and infrastructure
• Produced a report that highlighted areas for improvement and made a series of recommendations which was presented to the client’s management
• Alpha facilitated a ‘lessons learnt’ workshop between all parties to implement recommended next steps
