Adviser Platform Operating Model Design and Implementation

Alpha was engaged to support the client to develop their growth strategy and was then subsequently engaged to support the design and implementation of the target state adviser platform operating model to deliver on the growth strategy. Key activities included:

• Alpha facilitated current state ‘as-is’ workshops and developed a target state functional capability model
• Undertook a refresh of client tiering and segmentation model to support the client in delivering on the growth targets
• Design of roles and responsibilities across the functions to ensure optimum results
• Development of a plan to implement the target state operating model as well as supporting with the implementation itself including programme management across all restructuring, change and communication activity
